I hadn't, until my first visit to Diner in Williamsburg on Saturday night. It was a really dense piece of meat, wrapped in bacon. The saving grace was the superlight sweet potato puree.
It was okay, but not blow-your-mind good like the food they serve at their sister restaurant Marlow & Sons next door.
Maybe I'll give it another try soon. Their cocktails were well-balanced and promising. If you can make gin taste good, you probably have a few other tricks up your sleeve.
